HOW LONG ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Our warehouses are located around the world. For most orders in the United States or United Kingdom, it will normally take 10 to 21 business days. For anywhere else in the world, please allow up to 35 days.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The order is processed, which takes an additional 1–5 days.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–35 business days. Most US orders are shipped using a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We ship to most countries to ensure that every customer will enjoy his or her experience no matter where they are. However if you are unable to checkout because of the shipping destination, just email us at hello@carvoeiro-beachwear.com and we will make everything possible to make sure you can enjoy your Carvoeiro products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancelations are possible if the item hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us at hello@carvoeiro-beachwear.com if for any reason you wish to cancel an order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply contact us at hello@carvoeiro-beachwear.com. We will make sure to take care of the problem.

 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know at hello@carvoeiro-beachwear.com.

 

CAN I ORDER MIXED SIZING FOR SWIMWEAR?

Due to a mixed number of sizes and variances in our inventory we cannot offer any mixed sizing for our tops and bottoms. However if you’d like to purchase 2 sets of the same piece so that you can get mixed sizing we do offer a special 50% off discount code for orders that apply. Just type MIXEDSIZE at checkout to redeem your discount. Thanks for understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.
